Joan's Hall of Achievement

Fifty-one years is the single most valuable asset this team owns, and the old site said almost nothing about it. It now has a permanent home on the About page.

Interactive career timeline, 1974 to todayThe 1974 start, 1978 Salesperson of the Year, 1987 America's Best #1, the 1990 eagle, the 1995 AVP and press coverage, the 1996 double eagle. Each one expands.

Four client guides, written from real Utah dataIncluded · No charge

These come with your website at no additional cost. Fully designed, print-quality PDFs carrying both of your photographs, designations and phone numbers on the cover and the closing page, so anyone who downloads one knows exactly whose desk it came from. Every figure is sourced from Q2 2026 Salt Lake Board of Realtors county medians, the Gardner Institute forecast and current Utah Housing Corporation programs. They are wired to the download buttons on your Resources page and are live now.

Why these matter more than they look

A guide like this is the single most reliable way to turn an anonymous website visitor into a name in your database. Someone downloading the relocation guide is telling you they are moving. Right now the buttons hand the file over directly; the moment you want it, we can put a short form in front of them so every download becomes a lead with a name, an email and a phone number.

Cheryl's BHHS market books wired into the siteThe Quarterly Stats book, the Buyer's Guide and the Luxury Homes book, all linked from Resources.

Five branded emails, built so you can see itAdd-on service

Email marketing sits outside your website plan, so rather than describe what it could look like, I built it. These five are finished and real: your colors, your logos, the BHHS marks, tested to render properly in Gmail and Outlook. Click any one and read it exactly as a client would receive it. Then tell me which of them you actually want going out, and we will work out what that looks like together.

05

Your database, cleaned and loaded

Three separate lists from three different people, merged into one clean CRM that is ready to be marketed to. This is the unglamorous work that makes everything above actually earn.

165 past clients imported, deduplicated and taggedJoan's July 1 spreadsheet plus Becky's July 7 and July 15 lists, merged, de-duplicated and tagged so we can market to them by segment.
Complete
Data quality flagged back to you101 households on Joan's list carry no email address, and two addresses have typos. Those names are identified and waiting, and every one we recover extends the reach of the review campaign.

Review campaign written and stagedThe sequence is written and the audience is built, so the hard part is behind us. Running the campaign and the gated review page behind it is an add-on rather than part of the website plan. Say the word and we will sort it out.
